We work collaboratively with London & Bath’s prime property developers and their agents at all stages of the development and marketing process, from design & specification through to installing show homes. We use our industry experience to help motivate sales and maximise profits. We offer an entirely bespoke service that speaks to the specific demands and requirements of each project as well as it’s geographical context and target demographics.

Recent years have seen a surge in prime and super prime residential rentals and these tenants are constantly demanding the best luxury experience; a simple ‘furniture pack’ will not do here.
